TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Once you make a service request to us, you approve and agree the entire body from this terms and conditions, by this reason, you are supposed to read entirely  these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions apply to both languajes English and Spanish. The client, ie the person requesting the service is the people who pays and receive the service and is totally responsible by the request, this means that (he/she) the customer is the owner from the devices (computers, printers, cameras) or places (home, office, bussines) over on which will make the service(s). If you are not the owner, the customer is the person with the authority to approve all changes resulting from the provision of service to the devices or places, anyway, we (DESS) are not responsible for third party claims about changes on devices or places. This responsibility will fall entirely on the person whose data appears in the work order, the customer. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of personal data supplied in the service request form, we (DESS) are responsible for the privacy of that personal data. We (DESS)or one of the contractor, it depens from the operation zone are responsible for providing the service, meeting all the points listed under the title includes o incluye these points are the components of the service which the customer is paying. Our Profesional (DESS)o Contractor ( a third party Company) that has its own contractual obligations, will fulfill the work order
that resulting from their service request. You are agree that this work order joint with those terms and conditions, are the contract (agreement) between you (the customer) and us(DESS). The customer choose the appointment time on the request service form, the appointment time will be confirmed/changed in the phone call that we(DESS) will do to the customer a few minutes after that the customer sends the service request, either way, the customer agrees that we (DESS) are not responsible by delays caused by natural acts of any government, failure of transportation, accidents, riots, war, terrorist threat or action, work stoppages or strikes, or, in general, other causes beyond either’s control.
Our normal operation hours are from 8:00am to 5:00p.m from Sunday to Saturday assuming that the last order of work is accomplished by 5:00 pm with no aditional charges, the customer can request expedited services and services above the mentioned time with an aditional fee. In some cases we (DESS) can offer remote access services to the customers. In remote access services, customers will receive an Email with necesary information and appointment agreement.
